Executive Construction Brief
3-Week
Look-Ahead
The schedule is shifting from enclosure and site closeout into permanent power, kitchen systems startup, millwork, and the sequential video-wall build.
Schedule by week
What happens next
The first week carries the highest coordination load. Permanent power, kitchen systems, paving, millwork, and the video-wall foundation all overlap.
July 27–August 2
August 3–9
August 10–16
Critical path
Video wall handoff sequence
Each activity releases the next. A slip in slab or steel installation directly moves masonry and finish work.
Executive attention
Risks and actions
Most schedule risk is not new work—it is unresolved status, missing ownership, and unconfirmed handoffs.
Watch items
Fire sprinkler, storefront glass, brackets/plywood, kitchen drywall, Corten soffit, west parking curb, and patio/turf butter block.
CPS meter completion must be confirmed before HVAC startup and broader commissioning.
Pella track, millwork, paving, countertops, interior metal, ductwork, and coordination items need a clear Ball in Court.
Storefront countertops are blank; several items remain Pending at or beyond planned dates. Board data was last updated July 21.
